These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Pleasant Peasant LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms.
Pleasant Peasant LLC offers property maintenance and repair services. All services are provided based on individual service agreements or as mutually agreed upon in writing or via email communication.
All estimates provided are non-binding until a final agreement is made. Pricing may vary depending on site conditions, materials, and scope changes. We reserve the right to revise estimates prior to job commencement if necessary.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If appointments must be canceled or rescheduled, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
